Flight Centre to check effectiveness of creative and text content combinations

Travel retailer Flight Centre is to use Maxymiser's multivariate testing to boost conversions to an enquiry from its UK web operation.

Maxymiser is a software-as-a-service solution for automated content optimisation on websites.

The company will use Maxymiser’s Content Intelligence solution to optimise its website and build revenues by increasing conversions to an enquiry. It will use Maxymiser’s multivariate testing to measure the effectiveness of different creative and text content combinations towards generating an enquiry. The  technology will track visitor response to content variations and optimise towards those that provide the best uplift.

Robyn Simper, Online Marketing Manager, Flight Centre said, “After an enquiry, our travel consultants call or email online leads to further qualify their travel requirements. We hope to drive more visitors to complete our enquiry process giving our consultants more potential customers to speak to.”
