Avis optimises its customer service with usage of dynamic data mining solution
Avis is implementing Panoratio software to optimise its business processes.
The software will enable the car rental company to analyse complex administrative scenarios, company–wide, faster and more accurately than ever before. For example, multi–month data sets from several branches will be combined and evaluated leveraging Panoratio´s unique analysis platform.
This view of their data gives Avis deeper insight into customer demands, preferences and purchasing patterns–for cars, specific vehicle characteristics and value–added services.

Using Panoratio´s software we visualise how to serve our customers more efficiently by examining all available data. Using available data, Avis runs optimisation calculations through Panoratio software to better understand optimal scenarios for yielding maximum revenue. From this, they also discover insight into customer-specific needs, from which they can develop customized offers. Empowered with the ability to now analyse all currently available data, Avis is able to discover new areas where they can improve quality of service, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs–and pass the savings on to their customers.
