Abacus gives a 'face-lift' to its VirtuallyThere solution
Abacus International has revamped its VirtuallyThere solution in its endeavour
to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty for its network of 15,000 travel
agency locations in the region.
The redesign marks the first 'face-lift' for Abacus VirtuallyThere since its
launch in 2002.
The improvements include a new look for the Abacus VirtuallyThere website,
streamlined site navigation processes and improved information accessibility
across wireless devices, all of which will enhance convenience for travel
agents and their customers.
Brett Henry, vice president, Centres of Excellence of Abacus International
said, "As a tool for agents to reduce costs and improve their operational
efficiencies, we've received extremely positive customer feedback for Abacus
VirtuallyThere since its launch. Five years on, we hope that these improvements
will boost travel agents' value for their customers and facilitate travellers'
convenience and mobility by providing them with access to important travel
information at the touch of a button, anytime, anywhere".
The redesign is envisioned to improve Abacus VirtuallyThere's usability for
both agents and travellers, particularly through standardising the
accessibility of information across wireless devices.
"The enhancements provide stronger branding opportunities for our travel
agency partners with their customers," said Henry.
