New hotel e-brochure system for management of corporate transient proposal process

Lodging Interactive has launched a hotel e-brochure system for hotel sales managers for managing their corporate transient proposal process.

According to the company, by utilising Lodging Interactive’s Hotel E-brochure System, hotel sales managers can provide personalised corporate client websites for the solicitation of corporate transient accounts.

“By utilising our Hotel E-brochure System, hotel sales managers now have the ability to communicate with corporate transient prospects in a more professional and personalised manner, and do so within 60 seconds,” said DJ Vallauri, Lodging Interactive’s founder and president.

“In addition, our Hotel E-brochure System has a built-in follow up application to alert the hotel sales manager when it’s time to follow up on the prospect and close the sale. Also, weekly email reports can be sent to the Director of Sales describing the sales team’s sales activity for the previous week,” added Vallauri.

The hotel sales manager simply logs into their online system account and they can create a personalised website for each corporate sales prospect. By utilising the system’s online text editor, the hotel sales manager can easily enter personalised proposal information and even upload images, company logos, insert tables, web page links and email links.
