CarTrawler.com to expand its workforce

Car rental distribution technology company CarTrawler.com is to double its 65-strong workforce.

Based at headquarters in Dublin, the staff will continue to support the company’s rapidly growing international client base, “providing technology which far surpasses industry standards in response and delivery time in addition to unrivalled customer service”.   

On expansion announcement, Greg Turley, founder and chief executive officer, Cartrawler.com said, “It is evident from the strong global demand for our car rental distribution technology that the car hire is industry is undergoing full scale change globally.  This is being driven by consumer demand for low cost car hire and we are fully poised to lead this revolution with our technology.”

CarTrawler.com markets its unique car rental distribution technology services in 135 countries worldwide, offering in excess of 9,000 car hire locations. In the first half of 2006, CarTrawler.com revenues increased by over 56 percent; performance that is attributed to strong sales of its proprietary developed web-enabled car rental distribution technology.
