Travizon to distribute nuTravels’ corporate online booking tool

nuTravel Technology Solutions, a provider of web-based software solutions for travel agencies, travel suppliers and travel-related consumer websites, has signed a five-year distribution deal with travel management company Travizon.

Travizon will distribute nuTravel’s private label corporate online booking tool, “CTS”, within its existing online customer base as well as one of its preferred online offerings to new customers.

“nuTravel’s clean interface, lightning-quick search results and rich content provides the solution the travel industry needs,” says Lehi Mills, chief technology officer, Travizon.

“Its open architecture has allowed us to incorporate self-booking efficiencies into a wide variety of our other travel offerings making a more complete, customer-friendly suite of services,” said Mills.

Joseph Sternlicht, nuTravel’s executive vice-president and chief technology officer said the synergy between Travizon and nuTravel on a technical level has been overwhelming.

“Travizon’s current efforts with group booking and portal software have been incidentally parallel to our own efforts. Integration will be nearly plug and play. nuTravel has always been focused on business travelers; we’ve streamlined our design for that purpose. Travizon is among the rare TMC’s in it’s desire to service business travelers the way they want to be serviced and their ability to anticipate tomorrow’s needs. Together, we are literally ‘leapfrogging’ our way to a seamless end to end solution, miles ahead of the rest,” said Sternlicht.

The company expects mutual offering to be available to Travizon customers in the early part of the third quarter.
