Worldspan appoints Brannon Winn as director of airline distribution in EMEA

Brannon Winn has been appointed as director of airline distribution for Worldspan in EMEA.

In his new role, Winn reports to Graham Nichols, Worldspan vice president and general manager - EMEAA, and will be a part of airline distribution and business development, led by Kevin Ficco, vice president of airline distribution and business development for Worldspan worldwide.

Based at Worldspan’s Paris office, Winn manages relationships with Worldspan participating airline customers throughout the region, and also directs airline business development.

According to the company, Winn has primary responsibility for ensuring airline customers derive maximum value from Worldspan’s portfolio of airline distribution, fares and pricing, and related technologies, including greater operational efficiencies and higher revenues. He is also responsible for directing and ensuring successful implementations for ongoing customer and industry requirements.

Most recently based in Paris and earlier in the US, he has held successive management, consulting, analyst and sales positions in the areas of account management and strategic partnerships, merchant travel solutions, e-business and travel distribution.
