Settle Inn opts for single source for a suite of services for franchise

Topaz Hotel Service, Hotel Travel Check, Innfusion and AutoClerk
together with Settle Inn management have jointly announced an agreement
to provide a full suite of technology, e-marketing and voice center
services to Settle Inn franchisees.

Brendan Watters, chief executive officer, Settle Inns said that with a
single negotiated relationship, the company can now offer integrated
Property Management, E-marketing, Internet and Central Reservation
services, cost-effectively, to current properties and future franchises.

Settle Inns, LLC will begin offering franchises to quality properties
within the next few months.

"Through the first months of operation, we have been quite impressed,
with the easy-to-use property management system and have seen revenue
production from e-marketing and central reservations come in over three
times what we had anticipated for our properties," said Walters.

"Each of us, with our own specialized skill-set, can now work together
through an integrated platform, to provide an inexpensive total
solution, designed to meet the unique requirements of hotel management
companies and franchisers," said Eric Gustavson, president, Topaz Hotel
Services.
